We begin with organic unpasteurized/raw honey, then  we place Shungite Water Beads (not for consumption) inside of each jar of Shungite Honey. After Shungite Honey is used, the Shungite Water Beads can be removed and used as normal ‘water structuring’ Shungite Water Beads.
