FREE CLASS- In these intense and transformational times, we need more than ever to experience calmness and inner peace by reducing worry and anxiety and focusing on being present. Author James K. Papp will give a short talk with Q&A to explore why altars are so important as a cornerstone of spiritual practice – of a practice that connects us more deeply with ourselves and with our source in Spirit. We’ll discuss making your own altar and creating your own sacred space…something we can touch and see that feels inspiring. This is practical spirituality.
1:00 to 1:30 pm – Meet & Greet. Create Group Altar (Bring a special object to place on our group altar. You’ll take your object home afterwards. You can even purchase a crystal or other object at Mystical Wares.)
