Seventh Wave Sound Healing Sound Bath

Join us at Mystical Wares for an acoustic sound healing journey brought to us by Rana Jayne with Seventh Wave Sound Healing.  The Sound Bath will include gongs, crystal singing bowls, Himalyan bowls, drums and chimes to help soothe and relax the body, mind and spirit.  Sound Healing has a unique capacity to restore our natural resonance and bring us back into harmonic balance.  The sounds will vibrate and activate your cells leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated while washing away stress and anxiety for a more calm state of being by the time you leave.

What to bring:

*yoga mat or something to lay on

*blanket and pillow to create your own comfy cocoon

*eye pillow or something to cover your eyes with – totally optional

*water bottle

Sound Baths are mostly experienced laying down on the floor, so bring what you need to feel cozy on the ground.
