Rest & Reset Sound Bath

Relax & Unwind as we turn inward this mid-winter season, holding space to reflect on your new year’s intentions as Katie guides you to a deep meditative state where healing and insight naturally arise.

Katie will take you on a journey of sound and self-discovery. Immersed in the rich tones of gongs, singing bowls, ocean drum, chimes & the soothing sound of her voice.

Hosted in the beautiful mystical wares store for a soothing, after-hours experience. Sound bath attendees will also receive 10% off their purchase at the mystical wares store when shopping before or after the event.
